Dearest  Friends and Family,
2011 has been an
incredible year.   Though Oceans & Rivers has been a brain/heart
child of mine for many years, and has been a registered business for
the last two, in 2011 she finally found her wings to fly!
This
year we celebrated our Relax, Relate, Release Launch Party at
P.E.A.C.E Health Center, who opened its doors to over 50 women for a
day of healing workshops, massages, and sisterhood building. Hibiscus
Day Spa & Bed Stuy Botanicals invited us in for workshops on
healing stress and emotions.  The first Kamaria Circle, held at Nicolas
Brooklyn,   started with a class of 12 PHENOMENAL woman who I love
dearly.  I was interviewed by the incredible Esther Armah on WBAI about
the importance of holistic health for women of color. And Mindful
Health has been a tremendous support for Oceans & Rivers by
allowing me to offer private Flower Essence Coaching sessions in their
 beautiful, holistic Manhattan practice.
Before the year closes, I want to express my sincere and heartfelt thanks to all of you who supported Oceans & Rivers.  To Mindful Health, P.E.A.C.E Health Center, Goddess HerStory, Harriets By Hekima, Nicholas Brooklyn, Hibiscus Day Spa,
Bed Stuy Botanicals, and all of the Kamaria Circle workshop
facilitators, thank you so much for offering  your time, resources, and
wisdom.  I look forward to continued collaboration and healing work
together!
And to all of you, who came out to workshops, "liked" or posted on O&R's Facebook Page,
came in for coaching, and  purchased books or flower essences on the
site,  THANK YOU SO MUCH for your support.   I learn so much from you as
we come together with the intent to heal, renew, replenish, and
transform.  Thank you for sharing a vision that we can live with greater
  clarity, vitality and serenity.
Wishing you the best and brightest in 2012!
